I may never leave! 3 pools, grills and outdoor kitchens, they accept pets, and staff is amazing! ...It's a great value for the size and finishes in the units and the amenities are great- I use the pool daily and the grills at least a few times a week. We even had our sons birthday party here and our friends couldn't believe what we were paying. I 110% recommend living here!

Centennial at 5th Apartments is the best community I've ever lived in! The maintenance supervisor: Jr, and his entire maintenance team responds to repair requests right away!!!! My AC unit went out and they were able to fix it right away!

Welcoming environment, very clean, spacious apartments. Staff that I encountered (security and janitorial) were very friendly. Property (parking lot, walkways, and surrounding areas) is kept neat and clean. Security makes regular rounds around property ensuring safety within the community.
